Hi, I'm a male 21years-young. I am omnivorous. I eat a considerably-low amount of Carbs with enough protein each day. I don't smoke, i don't do alcohol, and i don't do drugs like most people do now. I don't drink coke, sodas, or those with the high preservatives inside. I drink a lot of water and milk. I don't have high sugar level. And I also have a considerably normal Body Mass Indexes. I have a healthy heart and I do my cardiac exercises. My metabolism are indeed relevant to my genetic factors, so Please tell me if there are healthier diet than the way I live... Because i was not born to be that skinny type of men...
